Automated electronic updates for accrued storage fees

Beginning Monday, April 13, all Forward customers will be given enhanced visibility into shipments subject to storage fees within our network. Automated electronic updates will inform customers as storage fees are accrued. Please ensure that you provide an emergency contact email address during the booking process to receive the updates.
